i recently purchased a 2022年卡塔尔世界杯官网 bx 14 inch 2 1/2 hp bandsaw. i initially had problems with aligning the wheels so the blade tracked properly. i contacted 2022年卡塔尔世界杯官网 's customer service and had a great experience working with them. they tried to walk me through some fixes over the phone which did not work at which point they had a carrier pick up the bandsaw and replaced it with a brand new one. they even gave me a brand new replacement blade to make sure it tracked properly. i am extremely pleased with the new saw and can’t speak more highly of zoey and travis from customer service who assisted me. great tool and great customer service i will be a customer for life
